George Regional Health System Laboratory Services provides a variety of laboratory testing for inpatients and outpatients of all ages and serves as a reference laboratory to our regional hospitals, clinics, and local nursing homes. 

GRHS Clinical Laboratory is open 24 hours a day, seven days a week.

Our full-service, in-house laboratory provides fast, accurate diagnostic testing to support patient care across all departments. Staffed by highly trained medical technologists and equipped with advanced technology, the lab performs a wide range of tests including blood work, urinalysis, cultures, and more. By operating on-site, we ensure quicker turnaround times for results—helping providers make timely, informed decisions for diagnosis and treatment. Whether it’s routine testing or urgent lab work, our team is committed to quality, precision, and patient-centered service.
