 Remember: When scheduling an appointment, arriving for an appointment, or using a GRHS extended hour clinic, please let us know immediately if you have been exposed to COVID-19 or are showing COVID-19 symptoms so we can manage your appointment appropriately.

COVID-19 Vaccine 

  • If symptom free, a COVID-19 vaccine is available on-demand or during a regular office visit if requested
  • If showing symptoms, you must be evaluated by a provider

COVID-19 Antibody Infusion Therapy:

  • Antibody Infusion Therapy is available with a provider referral once you and your doctor have determined treatment is right for you

Symptoms of COVID-19 Include:

Temperature of 100.4 or greater

Fever or Chills

Cough

Shortness of Breath or Difficulty Breathing

Fatigue

Muscle or Body Aches

Headache

Loss of Taste

Loss of Smell

Sore Throat

Congestion or Runny Nose

Nausea or Vomiting

Diarrhea
