The Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) Program at Greene County Health & Rehab is accepting applications. The 75-hour program is a paid, hands-on learning clinical internship which includes the textbook and the CNA Certification Exam.
To prepare graduates for their role as a part of a healthcare team, instructors cover essential topics, such as anatomy, physiology, vital signs, body mechanics, observation and reporting, communication skills, and infection control. Students also learn personal care skills that will help them to assist patients with grooming, bathing, feeding, and mobility.
Employment opportunities after completion of the certification testing process will include the following locations: George Regional Hospital, Greene County Hospital, George Regional Health & Rehab, and Greene County Health & Rehab.
