As part of our commitment to helping residents maintain good health, George Regional Health System provides a full-service wellness center in Lucedale.  We provide modern equipment, individualized exercise programs, nutritional education, a large offering of group fitness classes, and professional supervision to support optimizing personal health and fitness.

A physician’s clearance is encouraged if you are over the age of 65, have had recent surgery, take certain prescription medications, and/or are under the age of 14.
