What to bring
Before undergoing any procedure, diagnostic test, or surgery, please bring the following information:
- Insurance Card
- List of Allergies
- List of Medications: This should include prescription and over-the-counter medications (such as vitamins, supplements, Claritin, Pepcid, etc.). Include the product name, dosage, how often and why you take the medication. It is important to include vitamins and supplements because they can interact with prescription medications and influence diagnostic tests, hindering proper care.
- Date of Vaccines: This should include dates of your latest flu and pneumonia vaccines.
Personal Items
Although it is our goal to take care of your belongings, we are not responsible for lost or missing personal items. We strongly encourage our patients to leave significant, sentimental, and valuable items at home.
Smoking Policy
George Regional Health System is a smoke-free campus. To help protect the health of our staff, patients, and visitors, smoking is not allowed.
